Building Character and Resillience

Overview

Military Standard Training were founded in August 2016 from the vision of founder and managing director Andrew Emmett who had the vision of creating an organisation for the benefit of the Armed Forces Community, one which offers employment opportunities for veterans and their families in the Further Education Sector, offers work experience for service leavers to the benefit of building character and resilience in young people who have a desire to join the countries Armed forces.

People

Our people are the beating heart of the organisation, without them and their professionalism we could not achieve the high standards and outcomes for young people we pride ourselves on. Our team is comprised of experienced forces veterans and FE professionals all with a wealth of skills and knowledge that they are eager to share with our trainees in order to progress them to military careers, apprenticeships or employment elsewhere.
